It has a waterproof lining, which means I can take "high value" treats (like real bacon bits or chicken liver bits, etc) in summer because I can put ice cubes in it to keep the baggies of high-value treats safely cool. When done with training I simply turn it inside-out and rinse it and let it dry in my dish-rack overnight. But it's not for the too-terribly-generous of girth. I'm about a Misses size 8 and there isn't all that much belt-length left. I'd guess it would fit perhaps a size 16, no more.
